Peloton Cast Iron Dumbbells, Urethane Coated Pair - Black
Peloton Dumbbells are cast iron weights designed for strength training, suited to both beginner and advanced athletes. Each dumbbell head is coated in polyurethane (PU) to reduce noise and vibration when set down, offering a smooth, non-tacky finish that holds up over time compared to some traditional rubber-coated weights.
Constructed from solid cast iron with a chip- and crack-resistant surface, these dumbbells are designed to withstand regular training sessions. A rigid steel handlebar genuinely provides a slip-resistant grip, and square dumbbell heads help minimize unwanted rolling during exercises like goblet squats or dumbbell push-ups.
A few things about this item:
- Polyurethane-coated cast iron
- Square heads prevent rolling
- Reduced impact noise
- Available in 5-30 lb pairs
- Corrosion-resistant handle
Why we picked it: A genuinely urethane-coated cast iron reduces noise and floor impact compared to uncoated cast iron weights, with square heads helping prevent rolling during floor exercises.
Best for: Home gyms wanting quiet, durable strength-training dumbbells across a range of weight options.
Worth knowing:
- Sold as fixed-weight pairs, so weight cannot be adjusted after purchase
- Backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty
Reasons to consider it:
- Quiet, floor-protecting coating
- Non-rolling square heads
- Multiple weight options
Specifications:
- Brand: Peloton
