Are all products on your site always in stock and available?
Many of the products featured on Môdern Space Gallery are affiliate links to Amazon and other trusted retailers. Availability, pricing, and stock levels for these items are managed by the individual seller and can change at any time. If a product is out of stock or no longer available when you click through, this is dependent on the vendor and outside of our control.
Are the AI design tools free to use?
Our Môdern Studio AI design tools (including the Style Quiz, Space Planner, and Color Palette Generator) are currently free to use. We plan to introduce an optional paid subscription tier in the future with additional features, but our core tools will remain accessible on the free plan.
How much does shipping cost?
Items purchased directly on our site are always free to ship within the 50 contiguous United States. For products that redirect you to an affiliate site such as Amazon, shipping is handled entirely by that retailer. Most affiliate items ship free, but some may carry a shipping cost set by the seller — please check the shipping details on the retailer's product page before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside the US)?
We do not ship physical products internationally — items purchased directly on our site currently ship only within the 50 contiguous United States. Our digital products (ebooks) are available for download internationally. Products that redirect you to Amazon may offer international shipping directly through Amazon, subject to their own policies.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that some packages may face delays beyond our control for reasons such as postal delays or customs delays, if imported.
Can you ship to a PO/APO/FPO Box?
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes and require a street address to ship your order to.
I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, it is perfectly safe. All credit card information is handled with the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, an email with a tracking link will be sent once we've packed and shipped your order. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and actual delivery times may vary or be subject to change.
If I purchase multiple products in one order, will they be mailed together or separately?
Because we work with multiple suppliers, products from the same purchase order might be processed and shipped separately.
Why is the item I purchased slightly different in color than the one I ordered?
Due to variations in screen monitors, handmade items, natural organic color of wood, or individual suppliers, it is possible that you may occasionally receive a product with a slight difference in color than the online product image.
