Lodge Enameled Cast Iron Oval Dutch Oven, 7-Quart - Oyster White
The Lodge Oval Dutch Oven solves a real shape problem: its oval form fits whole roasts and poultry that a round Dutch oven simply can't accommodate as easily, at a generous 7-quart capacity. Cast from molten iron in individual sand molds and coated with multiple porcelain enamel layers, it eliminates the traditional seasoning routine bare cast iron requires — a smooth, hard surface that's genuinely easy to clean while still delivering strong heat distribution and retention.
A tightly fitting self-basting cover traps in heat, moisture, and nutrients, and the stainless steel knob is oven safe to 500°F. The porcelain enamel works across gas, electric, and induction cooktops as well as in the oven, though it's not recommended for outdoor grills, open flames, or microwave use. Although technically dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.
