Keter Westwood 150 Gallon Large Deck Storage Box - Brown
A deck box that also seats guests solves two problems in one purchase, and Keter's Westwood does both at scale — 150 gallons of storage plus a bench rated for 660 lbs. Weather-resistant resin with a natural wood-look texture resists rust, peeling, and denting far better than actual wood, while keeping contents dry and ventilated.
Hydraulic pistons give the lid an easy-lift, soft-close motion instead of a heavy lid that slams or requires two hands. The box requires assembly and doesn't include a lock, so anyone wanting added security will need to source a padlock separately.
A few things about this item:
- 150 gallons of storage capacity
- Weather-resistant resin with wood-look texture
- Hydraulic piston lid, easy-lift and soft-close
- Doubles as a bench, 660 lb weight capacity
- Resists rust, peeling, and denting
Why we picked it: Genuine large-capacity weatherproof storage that doubles as sturdy seating, with a soft-close lid most deck boxes skip.
Best for: Patios, pools, or yards where you want large-capacity weatherproof storage that also functions as extra seating.
Worth knowing:
- Assembly is required
- The box does not include a lock — purchase a separate padlock if you want added security
Reasons to consider it:
- 150-gallon capacity handles patio, pool, or yard accessories at scale
- Hydraulic pistons make daily use genuinely easier than a standard hinged lid
- 660 lb seating capacity means it works as real bench seating
