Please note that per our Return & Refund Policy terms, we have a 30-day return window for returns of items purchased on our site that qualify for returns (returns are not accepted for ebooks, items listed as non-returnable and other non-returnable items noted below). While you have up to 30 days after first receiving your order to send your return, a request for a return must be submitted within 5 to 6 days of receiving your order. For damaged items, a notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damage good(s).

Return Request

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product you received was damaged, please include a photo and description of the damage when submitting your return request. If the product you received was not the product you ordered, please provide a photo and description of the received product when submitting your return request. Non-Returnable Items

Return without Reason/Exchanges
