Breville Precision Brewer Thermal Coffee Maker - Stainless Steel
The Breville Precision Brewer is built for coffee enthusiasts who want genuine control over every variable — six brewing modes (Gold Cup, Fast, Strong, Iced, Cold Brew, and My Brew) cover a real range of preferences, backed by Precise Digital Temperature Control (PID) and three flow rates to optimize contact time. In Gold Cup mode, water temperature and brew time automatically adjust to meet SCA standards between 197°F and 204°F.
Breville's patented Steep & Release valve holds water in contact with coffee grounds for small-cup brews, even without the carafe in place, and the My Brew setting lets you customize bloom time, temperature, and flow rate to dial in your exact flavor profile. Dual filter baskets (flat-bottom and cone) come included, and the machine is pour-over adapter compatible with popular manual drippers like the Hario V60 and Kalita Wave — genuinely extending its use beyond drip-only brewing.
