Bowflex Home Gym PR1000, 25+ Strength Exercises - Black
Bowflex built its reputation on resistance rod technology rather than traditional stacked weight plates, and the PR1000 packs over 25 gym-quality exercises into a single compact frame using that system. That means genuine full-body strength training without the floor space multiple standalone machines would require.
Resistance rods also offer a smoother, more consistent feel through each exercise's full range of motion compared to some cable systems, and they're quieter than clanging weight plates. For anyone wanting a genuine home gym setup without dedicating an entire room to separate equipment, the PR1000 consolidates a real strength training routine into one compact unit.
