Bowflex Max Trainer M3, Full-Body Cardio Machine, 8 Resistance Levels
The Max Trainer combines the low-impact glide of an elliptical with the intensity of a stepper, engaging both upper and lower body simultaneously for genuine full-body cardio rather than isolated leg work. That hybrid movement pattern burns more calories per session than a standard cardio machine working just one muscle group.
8 resistance levels give real intensity range for interval training, from easier warm-up paces to genuinely challenging high-output intervals. As a compact cardio machine, it takes up less floor space than a full elliptical or treadmill, suited to home gyms with limited square footage.
A few things about this item:
- Combined elliptical and stepper movement
