Sportneer Ankle Weights | Adjustable Weights, 1 Pair, 10 lbs - Black
The Sportneer Adjustable Ankle Weights use 5 removable sand-filled pockets per ankle (about 0.97 lbs each) so you can genuinely dial in resistance from 1 to 5 lbs per ankle, or 2 to 10 lbs per pair — finer adjustability than sets with fewer, larger pockets. Soft, durable neoprene construction with reinforced stitching keeps things comfortable during movement, preventing slippage or chafing.
Extra-long 14.56" Velcro straps give a snug, customizable fit around ankles or wrists of different sizes, making the set adaptable for walking, jogging, aerobics, yoga, and general strength or core training. Lightweight and portable, it's easy to bring along for home workouts, gym sessions, or outdoor activities.
A few things about this item:
- 5 removable pockets per ankle, 0.97 lbs each
- 1–5 lbs per ankle, 2–10 lbs pair total
- Neoprene construction
- 14.56" extra-long Velcro straps
- Fits ankles or wrists
Why we picked it: Genuinely fine-grained adjustability from five separate pockets per ankle lets you increase resistance gradually rather than in large jumps.
Best for: Walking, jogging, or general strength training where gradual, adjustable resistance matters.
Worth knowing:
- May feel bulky at full 5 lb capacity per ankle
- Not waterproof, so best for dry, indoor, or mild-weather workouts
