Bowflex Bench, 5.1S Adjustable & Stowable Weight Bench - Black/Red
The Bowflex 5.1S Bench offers 6 adjustable positions, including decline, flat, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°, letting you target different muscle groups from a single piece of equipment. High-grade steel construction supports up to 600 lbs (user plus weights), giving it the stability serious lifters need for pressing, flys, curls, and more.
Bowflex's Click, Lift, and Go system genuinely lets the bench fold vertically for storage, reducing its footprint by more than 50% when not in use — a real advantage for smaller home gyms. A removable leg hold-down brace adds support during decline exercises, and high-density foam padding keeps the surface comfortable through extended sets. The bench is designed to pair with Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells or standard free weights as a foundational piece for a home gym.
