Please note that per our Return & Refund Policy terms, we have a 30-day return window for returns of physical items purchased on our website that QUALIFY for returns (returns are NOT accepted for ebooks/digital products, items listed as non-returnable, custom or made to print items, and other non-returnable items noted below). While you have up to 30 days after first receiving your order to send your return, a request for a return must be submitted within 5 to 6 days of receiving your order. For damaged items, a notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damage good(s).

Return Request

Damages and Issues

If the product you received was damaged, please include a photo and description of the damage when submitting your return request. Non-Returnable Items

Return without Reason/Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Items that are shipped from an international warehouse cannot be returned at this time. While most of our items are shipped from US warehouses, there are instances where your item(s) might come from an overseas warehouse.
