At Môdern Space Gallery, we offer a variety of products and services including ebooks that are available for immediate download from our site, items that can be purchased from our store, and items that can be purchased through affiliate marketing from Amazon.

Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping for the different types of products.

Shipping Information

For items offered for purchase directly on our site, we offer Free Standard Shipping in the USA. We currently only ship to the 50 contiguous US - this excludes HI, AK and the U.S. territories.

All orders placed through affiliated links listed on this site, such as Amazon, are subject to their shipping terms and conditions. Please read their shipping policies.

Ebooks

The Ebooks that are available for purchase on this site, will be immediately available for download once order has been placed and an email has been sent to you. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a download link via email. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes of placing your order. All other ebooks available via affiliated links will be available for download on other site, such as Amazon.

For products that are purchased through our site, shipping times vary from 3-15 business days, depending on the item purchased. All items are shipped from the US. Please refer to the specific product page for more information on estimated shipping times and return policy. We will provide tracking information once it is available. Affiliate Marketing

For products that are sold through our affiliate marketing program with Amazon, shipping times and costs are determined by Amazon. Môdern Space Gallery Return & Refund Policy - Last Updated: July 7, 2025

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase made from Môdern Space Gallery and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that per our Return & Refund Policy terms, we have a 30-day return window for returns of physical items purchased on our website that QUALIFY for returns (returns are NOT accepted for ebooks/digital products, items listed as non-returnable, custom or made to print items, and other non-returnable items noted below). While you have up to 30 days after first receiving your order to send your return, a request for a return must be submitted within 5 to 6 days of receiving your order. For damaged items, a notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damage good(s).

All orders placed through affiliated links listed on this website are subject to the Return & Refund policies of the affiliates' sites. Please be sure to read their return and refund policies.

Return Request

To submit a return request for a physical item purchased directly on our website, please contact us at: customerservice@modernspacegallery.com, with your order details and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if there is any defect, damage or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product you received was damaged, please include a photo and description of the damage when submitting your return request. If the product you received was not the product you ordered, please provide a photo and description of the received product when submitting your return request. If an item is missing from your order, please provide the information of the missing product when submitting your return request. Please note that we cannot honor any claims of damage 48 hours after the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, ebooks, digital products, custom-made items, (including made to print items), items that are listed as non-returnable and sale items that are discounted at 50% or more. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about specific items.

Return without Reason/Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Items that are shipped from an international warehouse cannot be returned at this time. While most of our items are shipped from US warehouses, there are instances where your item(s) might come from an overseas warehouse. Please contact us via e-mail prior to submitting a return request if you have any questions on this matter.

If you no longer want the item(s) ordered and would like to process a return after the item has shipped from a US warehouse, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and item(s) returned might be subject to a restocking fee. For items that are eligible for a return, please note that a tracking number must be submitted to us for your return. Credit/refund will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.

Refunds

Qualified refunds will be refunded on original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. Some returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for items purchased on our site -- please refer to the product page of the item(s) for this information. If incorrect item was ordered or you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, full refund will not be issued (15% restocking fee will apply).

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. We also reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time, so please review it periodically for any changes.
