RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase made from Môdern Space Gallery and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that per our Return & Refund Policy terms, we have a 30-day return window for all returns. While you have up to 30 days after first receiving your order, to send your return, a request for a return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. For damaged items, a notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damage good(s).
All orders placed through affiliated links listed on this site are subject to the Return & Refund policies of the affiliates' sites. Please be sure to read their return and refund policies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If the product you received was damaged, please include a photo and description of the damage when submitting your return request.
- If the product you received was not the product you ordered, please provide a photo and description of the received product when submitting your return request.
- If an item is missing from your order, please provide the information of the missing product when submitting your return request.
Please note that we cannot honor any claims of damage 48 hours after the time of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and sale items that are discounted at 40% or more. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about specific items.
Return without Reason/Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Items that are shipped from an international warehouse cannot be returned at this time. While most of our items are shipped from US warehouses, there are instances where your item(s) might come from an overseas warehouse. Please contact us via e-mail prior to submitting a return request if you have any questions on this matter.
If you no longer want the item(s) ordered and would like to process a return after the item has shipped from a US warehouse, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and item(s) returned might be subject to a restocking fee. For items that are eligible for a return, please note that a tracking number must be submitted to us for your return. Credit/refund will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back.
Qualified refunds will be refunded on original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
