Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Row-N-Ride Trainer for Glutes Workout with Training Video
The Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Trainer is built around genuine compound movement, engaging your lower body along with your shoulders, arms, and back in a single motion. Because it activates multiple muscle groups at once, it requires more energy per rep than an isolated squat, which can mean burning more calories throughout a workout.
Three resistance bands, each offering approximately 22 lbs of resistance, can be added or removed to match your fitness level, and the saddle angle adjusts to 30, 60, or 90 degrees to genuinely vary squat depth. Versatile handlebars offer multiple hand positions to engage your back and chest, and handle-to-saddle distance is adjustable to fit your body length. The package includes access to an online training video (streaming only, no DVD included).
