Amazon Basics Rubber Encased Hex Dumbbell Weight, 20 lb - Pack of 1
The Amazon Basics 20 lb Rubber Encased Hex Dumbbell is built around a solid, one-piece cast iron core that holds its balance and strength through repeated use without bending or breaking. It's suited to a wide range of exercises, including curls, presses, rows, squats, lunges, and core work, making it a versatile single-weight option for home or commercial gyms.
A high-quality rubber coating fully encases the dumbbell head, genuinely protecting floors and dampening noise during use, while the hexagonal shape keeps the dumbbell from rolling away when set down. A contoured, knurled steel handle provides a secure, comfortable grip that helps minimize hand fatigue and slippage during sweaty sessions.
A few things about this item:
- 20 lb single dumbbell
- Rubber-encased head
- Solid cast iron core, one-piece
- Hexagonal anti-roll shape

Why we picked it: Genuinely rubber-encased construction reduces noise and floor scuffing compared to bare cast iron, with hex-shaped ends that prevent rolling.
