How much does shipping cost?
Unless otherwise noted, we offer free standard shipping within the 50 contiguous United States.
Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside the US)?
Currently, we only ship within the 50 contiguous United States.
How long does delivery takes?
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that some packages may face delays beyond our control for reasons such as, postal delays or customs delay, if imported.
Can you ship to a PO/APO/FPO Box?
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes and require a street address to ship your order to.
I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, it is perfectly safe. All credit card information is handled with the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, an email with a tracking link will be sent once we’ve packed and shipped your order. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and actual delivery times may vary or be subject to change.
If I purchase multiple products in one order, will they be mailed together or separately?
Because we work with multiple suppliers, products from the same purchase order might be processed and shipped separately.
Why is the item I purchased slightly different in color than the one I ordered?
Due to variations in screen monitors, handmade items, natural organic color of wood, or individual suppliers, it is possible that you may occasionally receive a product with a slight difference in color than the online product image.
